Service Description
January is the perfect time to begin again and that's just what you'll do in the morning yoga series. This is a great way to start or refresh your practice. Learn or re-learn the fundamentals of yoga safely. We'll cover yogic breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. This series is taught in a sequential manner to help you build strength and flexibility. You will receive a downloadable recording for each class plus a Home Practice Guide PDF. Livestreamed Friday's in January 01/10 -01-31 9:30-10:30am You will also receive an extra special recorded class on Friday 01/03!!! $44 for all classes, recordings & PDF.
