Service Description
Just as we make changes to our winter wardrobe, food shopping lists and interior decoration, we should also make changes to how we go about or winter yoga practice. This 3 class series will include sun salutations and other heat building and heart opening postures, yin yoga, pranayama, and meditation. These classes are designed so we can naturally nourish, rejuvenate and energize our bodies for the coming months ahead. Suitable for most levels. Modifications are always offered. These lovely classes will also be recorded for all participants. You will also receive a pre recorded holiday class. That's a total of 4 classes. 3 livestreams & recorded and one extra recording.
