This workshop is designed to help you align with the moon's energies, offering a space to ground yourself, let go of what no longer serves you, and illuminate your inner being. What to Expect: * Moon Sequences: Experience gentle, flowing "moon Sequences" designed to sooth your nervous system and harmonize your body and mind. * Pranayama ( Breathing Practices): Discover deep cleansing breathwork to support your release and grounding. * Guided Meditation & Relaxation: Take time to reflect, journal, and gain clarity on your intentions and releases. Light your candles, have fresh flowers around you, a cup of tea or water, your journal and your favorite writing implement too. Prepare to embrace the transformative power of the Flower Moon. This workshop is livestreamed and also will be recorded for all participants.
