Service Description
A Metta & Mudita 2 Class Yoga Series (The Final one offered through the website!) Metta is the concept of Loving Kindness and Mudita is the concept of sympathetic Joy. These practices aim to cultivate a compassionate and joyful outlook on life. We will combine yoga Asana (poses) with breathing exercises and guided meditation. The poses are designed to promote relaxation, focus, and physical wellbeing, providing a physical foundation for the meditative aspects. The benefits are: Reduced stress and anxiety Increased compassion and kindness Enhanced well-being and happiness Improved focus and concentration In essence, a Metta and Mudita yoga series offers a holistic approach to well-being, combining physical activity with mindful practices to cultivate positive emotions and a more compassionate outlook on life. Each class will be livestream and simultaneously recorded. All participants' will receive the downloadable recording at no extra charge. Friday, June 6th and Friday, Junes 20th.
